I had the pleasure of checking out and photographing this lovely new real estate listing, a condo located in the Regency Building on 44th Street.  I loved the views of the Ocean and the Bay, a double bonus.  With the beach just steps away a perfect location for sunning during the summer days and enjoying the bayside sunsets in the evenings.

My most favorite BomShell Boutique shoot yet!  What a blast we had!  We started at the Pitts Street Antiques in Berlin, MD and had a phenomenal photoshoot in some amazing light conditions!!!  We utilized the upstairs portion of the building to capture the brick walls and old character of the building.  We finished up in the afternoon with a few quick pics in the Dana Marie Photography Boudoir studio, it was a super fun shoot.  With love in our hearts and lots of cute new arrivals on our minds, we had a very hard time picking favorites from this shoot!!!

Us girls were in for a treat!  I contacted the owner of Pitts Street Antiques, Bill Outten (who also owns Uptown Antiques) after thinking of a unique place for a BomShell Boutique shoot.  I had been shopping in his Antique store in the fall and fell in love with the windows upstairs.  Bill said yes and we came in for a shoot for BomShell.  The lighting and scenery was amazing, I loved the ornate pieces that Bill's place has to offer and the architecture of the building was astoundingly beautiful!  I love the stained glass accents on the tops of the window and the way the light fell coming in!  A definate must see if you find yourself in the Berlin (America's Coolest Small Town 2014!!!) area!

This sweet little guy was born on Christmas Day!  While he was born a few days late he surprised mom and dad shortly after midnight on Christmas morning.  Dad's favorite hobby is fishing and we wanted to incorporate something fun for Daddy with the boat and fishing hat and show off that he was a Christmas baby.  I loved the moon set up, that was my favorite image to take, he just curled right up in the moon like a sweet little angel <3
