What a glorious night on Assateague Beach for maternity photos.  We started on the shore and caught some amazing backlit sun shots and walked along the beach before ending on the bayside and dipping our toes in the water and getting a little wet.  We had a great time playing with the flawy gown and cool breeze, the wind gave us the right amount of movement to pull off some fun shots!  Congratulations to this beautiful new mama to be, I wish her the best of luck with the rest of her pregnancy, she came all the way to Ocean City for her beach maternity photos before baby comes.

This is one of the most beautiful locations I have ever photographed at.  Family property overlooking the bay with the a tree line that would make you swoon, I loved taking maternity photos of these two.  The threat of a storm looming hovered over us throughout most of the shoot but it made for some gorgeous lighting on their faces, it was like the sky gave us one giant soft box to work with with the low hanging clouds.  While we took our time and moved around quite a bit during the shoot, the second we were done it started to rain as I turned out onto the main road.  Can't wait to meet their little one next month!
